On April 19, the late Sulli’s older brother shared a photo of a sunset over the sea on social media, accompanied by a reflective caption: “Nothing has changed from six years ago. But I’ve come to understand a bit of the homework you left behind.” The phrase “six years ago” is interpreted to refer to 2019, the year Sulli tragically passed away.

Late Sulli’s Brother Shares Cryptic Post Again

The post drew a range of reactions from netizens, with comments such as “We’ll always support you,” “What do you mean by homework?” and “Please don’t have dark thoughts,” expressing both concern and encouragement.

Previously, Sulli’s brother attracted attention by publicly criticizing actor Kim Soo-hyun. He raised suspicions surrounding Sulli’s passing and claimed that during the filming of the 2017 movie “Real,” Kim Soo-hyun and his cousin, director Lee Ro-bae, pressured Sulli into performing bed scenes.

The bereaved family stated that during Sulli’s funeral in 2019, they heard disturbing information. They alleged that a body double was used for bed scenes in the movie “Real,” implying undue pressure on Sulli.

In response, Kim Soo-hyun’s agency, Gold Medalist, issued an official statement. They clarified, “The character Song Yoo-hwa, played by Sulli, included bed scenes in the script from the beginning. It was made clear during casting that an actress comfortable with such scenes was required. Both Sulli and her agency received the script and were informed about the level of nudity involved.”

Regarding the body double claims, the agency added, “There was no actor who performed in place of Sulli. Only a ‘standing double’ was used for positioning.”
